About Sean Chi

Sean Chi joined the Law Offices of Spar & Bernstein, P.C. in 2009 to bring his tax and bankruptcy expertise to the East Coast. Sean has been practicing tax law since 2006 with a focus on tax debt, and has been helping tax payers resolve their overdue tax balances with the IRS for the past five years. Sean has helped hundreds of people settle their tax debts and give them a fresh start to their lives.

In 2009, Sean began assisting people with credit card and other financial debt by adding bankruptcy to his practice. In just two short years, Sean has assisted Americans in financial duress discharge hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt.

Sean is a graduate of the University of California Irvine (B.S., 2001) and Trinity Law School International (J.D., 2005). Sean is admitted to the California State Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association, California State Bar Association, and Sacramento Bar Association. He has also given lectures on tax law for Minimum Continuing Legal Education Credits.
